YMCA Rysdon Ranch Camp

The Sioux Falls Family YMCA is proud to introduce Rysdon Ranch Camp, our newly rebranded horse camp experience for Summer 2026. Hosted at the beautiful HiRoad Ranch, this program combines the YMCA’s commitment to youth development with hands-on horsemanship, outdoor exploration, and unforgettable summer fun. With more time, more activities, and a supportive environment, campers will grow in confidence, skills, and friendships—both in and out of the saddle.

Summer 2026 Highlights

New name, same YMCA values: Our horse camp is now Rysdon Ranch Camp—an exciting new chapter rooted in trusted YMCA programming.
Hosted at HiRoad Ranch: A scenic, well-equipped ranch setting for riding, learning, and outdoor adventure.
Two-week session: More time to build riding skills, connect with horses, and form meaningful friendships.
Expanded programming: Riding instruction, horsemanship education, and outdoor activities for new and returning campers.
Small groups, big impact: Limited enrollment supports personalized instruction and a safe, engaging experience.
Easy planning: Clear drop-off and pick-up procedures help make each camp day smooth for families.

🍱 Lunch Reminder: Rysdon Ranch Camp does not provide lunch. Please send your camper with a packed lunch each day.

Rysdon Ranch Camp will be held at:

27217 473rd Avenue
Sioux Falls, SD 57108

Located on the far south side of town. Western Avenue becomes 473rd Avenue where the road turns into gravel. The camp is located one mile further south on the west side of the road.
