Any youth at least 9 years of age and able to follow pool rules on their own can be in pool without a parent. Families are welcome, too! Free for members; small fee for non-members. All youth 6 mos to high school age will be swim tested when in the pool area.

Lap swimming is a great way to workout! We always try to have 1 lane open at all times for lap swimmers. Lap lanes can also be used for water walking or water fitness on your own. Youth 15 and younger must have an accompanying adult in order to swim laps.
A different type of workout! Classes available for an intense workout, easy work out, active older adults, and people with arthritis. Please check our pool schedule and/or aerobics schedule for more information and times.
YMCA lessons provide instruction of swimming, along with working with the core values within the Y and also learning fun games in the water.
