Endowments

Leave a legacy for life. Gifts made to endowed funds remain in perpetuity; only the interest is spent each year to support the YMCA’s needs. The Sioux Falls Family YMCA has six endowment funds, which annually provide income to several areas; general Y needs, camp maintenance and improvements, and camp scholarhips.

The Sioux Falls Family YMCA has been around for over 100 years and plans to continue providing opportunities for youth and families; therefore, the need for endowment support of the YMCA has never been greater. Endowed gifts help provide for the future strength and viability of the Sioux Falls Family YMCA.

As we continue to face the challenges and opportunities of the future, we know that the generosity of those who assist us will make all the difference to our success. We strive to show the benefits of giving to all of our donors, the satisfaction one receives from knowing they have made a difference in the lives of others.

By making a gift to one of the YMCA's endowment funds, at a qualifying level, you qualify for membership in our Heritage Club.
